Pulse Fitness delivers an energizing workout experience with high-intensity interval training on a Pilates-inspired Reformer. Each 50-minute session blends resistance, balance, and endurance-focused movements to help sculpt and strengthen your muscles. Our expert coaches guide you through every step, pushing you to challenge your limits while deepening your mind-body connection.

Class Types

  • Whether you’re a beginner or a Pilates expert, this class is designed to strengthen your muscles, and improve your endurance and balance. Our Coaches will challenge you through an intense 45 minute workout followed by 5 minutes of stretching. We combine slow and controlled movements with fast pace intervals for an effective total body workout that will sculpt your body. We also offer modifications to accommodate for different fitness levels.

  • Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is structured to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

    With a focus on breathing, mind-body connection, stretching and mobility, our Reformer Yoga classes offer more restorative approach compared to our high-intensity Total Body Sculpt classes, allowing you to tap into your inner Zen.

    Our wonderful coaches will lead you through a dynamic yoga session using our Pilates-inspired reformer, adding an extra challenge to the practice.

    With soothing, chill music, incense, and soft lighting, you can find total body awareness, enhance flexibility, and build a solid foundation for your pilates practice.

  • These sessions are perfect for anyone who seeks personalized instruction, is recovering from an injury, or wants to enjoy a more intimate class with a partner. If you're interested in booking a private class, feel free to email us at admin@pulseitout.com.

  • If you're searching for a unique way to celebrate a birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party, or other special occasion, you can book our entire studio for your private event and enjoy an exclusive, customizable fitness experience tailored to your group. Our space provides a welcoming environment to engage in activities that inspire and energize.

    With a maximum capacity of 12 due to the number of reformers available, we offer a standard 50-minute class as well as the option to extend for a 90 minute session.

    For the 90-minute rental, we'll decorate the studio to fit your event and provide refreshments alongside the 50-minute class.

“Love it here!! I have been coming here since the first week they opened and made it a priority to schedule a class here once or twice a week! What I love most about training here is that if you’re not doing an exercise properly the coaches come around and correct your form so that you avoid possible injury! They are all so nice and make sure you feel motivated during the class as well, which is helpful because it’s CHALLENGING! Lol I have brought a few friends in as well who have never done Pilates/Lagree before and unlike other studios they don’t make them feel awkward or out of place, they’re determined to making everyone feel good!
