Starting a new workout can be intimidating, but everyone is welcomed at Pulse! We don’t have a specific class for beginners because our coaches provide modifications and hands-on adjustments to ensure a safe and effective workout.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to show you how to safely use our Reformer, ask you questions, etc. If you don’t arrive early, you will NOT be allowed to take the class.

Due to the limited space per class, we do not offer free classes. However, we have new-client specials: 2 class credits for $44 ($22 per class) or 5 classes for $99 ($19.80 per class).

Street parking is available along Sunset Dr, and there are multiple parking garages in the area. It is recommend you use the parking garage on the corner of SW 58th Ct. and SW 73rd. Street parking is free for classes before 9am.

Grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene. Bring your own grip socks or purchase them at the studio.

Bring a water bottle to refill at our water station, or purchase a water or energy drink at the studio.

Create an account to accept our Terms & Services. This also applies to member’s guests and reservations made through ClassPass. If you don’t have an account, then you will have to make one before class starts.

Inform the coach leading the class about any injuries you may have (including pregnancy) and whether you are comfortable with hands-on adjustments.

Pulse offers a high-intensity workout on a Reformer, while still providing benefits of traditional Pilates, including:
Low-impact exercise that reduces joint stress, ideal for those with past injuries.
Emphasis on core strength to enhance balance and overall strength.

The class accommodates only 12 clients, ensuring a personal and intimate experience. Our coaches are skilled in correcting your form and providing tips to help you get the most out of your workout.

The workout is 45 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of stretching. To achieve optimal results in a shorter time frame, the program does not include any scheduled breaks. While you can take a brief pause at any moment during the class, aim to make the most of your time under tension.

You will move slowly most of the class to enhance your mind-muscle connection, but there will be short cardio burst to get your heart pumping and your body sweating!
