Pulse Fitness opened in November 2023, and it is a woman and immigrant owned small business. Our founder fell in love with this workout because of its high-intensity, low-impact to joints, and variety of exercises.

She hopes to create a community where people can make friends, feel empowered, and most importantly, have fun!
