No. Credits in a class pack are not transferable to other people. If you want to bring a friend, we offer gift cards that you can email to your friend. Once your friend receives the gift card, they will need to create an account to book a class with the gift card number.

If you or a guest of yours get off the waitlist at least 8 hours and 30 minutes before class starts, then you'll be automatically added and notified via email and text (if subscribed).
If it's less than 8.5 hours, you'll receive a text asking if you want to join the class.
You can remove yourself or your guest from the waitlist at any moment. Once you’re off the waitlist, it is your responsibility to show up to class. If you or your guest don’t show up, then you will lose your credit OR incur a $35 no-show fee (for Unlimited Membership clients).

We cannot modify or cancel your ClassPass reservation, nor waive any fees. ClassPass operates independently. Please contact ClassPass directly for any issues or changes.

While the workout at Pulse is on a Reformer, it is more challenging than traditional Pilates. However, clients will still receive some of the benefits that come from traditional Pilates, such as:
Low-impact exercise that reduces joint stress, ideal for those with past injuries.
Emphasis on core strength to enhance balance and overall strength.

No. There are similarities between Lagree and Pulse. However, Lagree workouts are completed at a slow tempo the entire time, while Pulse combines slow and explosive movements. The change in tempo will make your heart rate fluctuate so that you burn more calories and improve your cardiovascular endurance.

If you have an Unlimited Membership, you get 1 complimentary guest pass per month. You can book your guest through your account.
If you have already used your guest pass for the month or you do not have an Unlimited Membership, we offer gift cards that you can email to your friend. Once your friend receives the gift card, they will need to create an account to book a class with the gift card number.

No, but it is highly recommended because they will keep your hands from getting slippery. Wearing gloves will improve your stability and decrease the strain on your wrist.

YES! Pilates has a stereotype of being a workout for women. At Pulse we aim to make the workout challenging and rewarding for everyone! It is especially beneficial for athletes (or former athletes) with tight hips and/or weak hamstrings.

YES! Please arrive 10 minutes early to show you how to safely use our Reformer, ask questions, etc.

Yes. Grip socks are required for safety & hygiene. The socks will help stabilize you so that you maintain your balance. You can bring your own socks or purchase a pair at the studio.

There is street parking along Sunset Dr., and there are multiple parking garages in the area. It is recommend you use the parking garage on the corner of SW 58th Ct. and SW 73rd. Street parking is free for classes before 9am.

You can freeze it for a minimum of 1 month at no charge. There is a $25 freeze fee per month after the first month. You must send in a freeze request at least 14 days in advance.
