High-Intensity Workout on a Pilates-Inspired Reformer
Pulse Fitness fuses controlled and targeted exercises with cardio blasts to give you an effective workout in just 50-minutes. The workout is designed to be high-intensity and low-impact, so it will get your heartrate up without having to run or jump. Each class is led by an expertly-trained Coach, who will motivate and push you to achieve your goals. Working out at Pulse will make you stronger, sculpt your body, and improve your balance and endurance.
Not Your Average Pilates Studio
The boutique studio has 12 Pilates-inspired Reformers, DJ-curated playlists, and dim lighting that will make each class feel like an exclusive party.

Whether you’re a beginner or a Pilates expert, this class is designed to strengthen your muscles, and improve your endurance and balance. Our Coaches will challenge you through an intense 45 minute workout followed by 5 minutes of stretching. We combine slow and controlled movements with fast pace intervals for an effective total body workout that will sculpt your body. We also offer modifications to accommodate for different fitness levels.

This class is designed to help you unwind and find your inner Zen. Think slow music, incents, and an even darker room to help you relax. Our Coaches will guide you through a dynamic Yoga practice using our Pilates-inspired Reformer, which adds an extra challenge to the workout. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced Yogi, this class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

We offer private classes on an as-requested basis. Private classes are perfect for someone that is looking for tailored instructions during class, recovering from an injury, or looking to take an intimate class with a significant other. If you’re looking for a unique thing to do for a birthday, bachelorette/bachelor party, etc., you can rent out our studio for a private event. We have a capacity of 12 since we only have 12 Reformers. You can rent out the studio for a standard 50-minute class, or you can rent it out for 90 minutes. If you rent it out for 90 minutes, we will decorate the studio for your event and have refreshments available in addition to the 50-minute class.
